I remember the first time I fell in love. It was the summer of 2017; I was sixteen. I was sitting in the movie theater, and there he was. It truly was love at first sight. He stood before me, with his impish grin and nerdy attire. His brown hair fell back in waves. He was in the perfect stage: he on his way to becoming a man, but he still had enough boyish mischief to make him fun and light-hearted. He was lightning. He was gorgeous. He was Spider-Man.
It was Spider-Man: Homecoming that I was watching. This was Tom Holland's debut movie within the Marvel Cinematic Universe, and it remains one of my favorite movies to this day. As a result, Tom Holland is my biggest celebrity crush -- so much so, I've created a method of determining the validity of when other people claim to "love" Tom Holland as much as I do.
